Famly.io does not verify user age. If you are under 13, please do not use the platform.

You retain ownership of content (photos, text, etc.) you upload. By posting content, you grant Famly.io a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for internal research and promotional purposes.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to upload or share:

• Nudity or sexually explicit content
• Hate speech, harassment, or threats
• Spam, fake profiles, or misleading content

6. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or disrupt the platform experience.

7. Fees and Payments

Famly.io is free to use, with optional paid features. All payments are final and non-refundable.

8. Limitation of Liability

Famly.io is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any damages resulting from use of the service.
